The Latest in Global Biennials

There are biennials happening all over the world, and for many artists, it is a global showcase that can help propel their careers. However, before you find a way into one of them, you need to know who the curators and curatorial teams are of all of these biennials.

Take a look at a sampling of global biennials and their curators below, I boldfaced the names of the curators and their team, and perhaps you recognize a name of two, or perhaps not, but you can reach out to almost all these people through Facebook. Below this list is a link to much more on biennials, but first you need to know where and when they are and then reach out to those people whose biennial you want to be in. The links will also give you a tour of each biennial. Most of these are just ending or are still in progress, the link at the bottom will guide you to what is happening next, and I will highlight that in the next newsletter as well.

If you want to read interviews with the curators and see exactly which ones are appropriate for you in the near future (late this year or next) and if you want all the email addresses for the biennials, then look at this very comprehensive site, just click here.

Getting into biennials is something I know about because I got into the Whitney Biennial through the process I am describing. So feel free to reach out to people and ask me questions if you have any.

Sincerely,
