For many of us here in the northeast U.S., the weather has turned and spring seems to be truly upon us. This time of year is always rejuvenating. No matter how harsh or mild the winter weather may have been, when the world shifts from winter tones to vibrant spring colors, it is difficult not to be in some way moved. Oak Spring Garden Foundation invites submissions for the Eliza Moore Fellowship for Artistic Excellence. This honor is awarded annually to an outstanding early-career artists developing works that address plants, gardens or landscapes.
