The Oakland Review is accepting art submissions for its upcoming issue. All work must be previously unpublished. Artists may submit up to five pieces for review. Howard County Arts Council seeks teaching artists for their 2021 summer camp program. Qualified artists can submit their proposals to teach children ages 5-12.
