This year’s theme is Art Brut, translated from the French as “raw art” and otherwise known as outsider art. The focus is on the raw expression of emotions or a vision. The City of Santa Rosa announces an open call to artists living in Northern California interested in a public art opportunity. The call seeks an artist or group of artists to install a site-specific work of art at the Fifth Street Parking Garage. Total available budget for the project is $20K.
