Which Direction Are You Moving?

Residency 108 is accepting applications for fall residency in NY State. In their own words:

Residency 108 invites emerging and established artists, writers and thinkers of all disciplines to immerse themselves in their creative practice. We particularly welcome those who work with nature, ecology and the installation of temporary outdoor land-art works. The residency is free apart from the cost of travel and material expenses which must be assumed by the individual.

Art Moves Festival in Torun, Poland is accepting submissions for consideration for the 14th annual Billboard Art Competition. The theme this year is Getting Infected with Untruth and asks artists to examine whether everyone has their own truth and who we should believe. There is no fee for entry and a cash prize is awarded to the artist with the most interesting work. For more information and to enter, visit the website. Deadline for submissions is July 20.

The Passepartout Photo Prize announces an open call to photographers. Every six months a winner will be selected to receive a cash prize, have their work exhibited in Rome and published. For more information visit the websiteRolling deadline.
